All Florida orders are subject to a 7% sales tax.

Credit Card purchases will be processed with a completed credit card release form. Orders that meet the credit card release form are generally shipped out within 24 to 48 hours and delivery of your in-stock items can take 5 to 7 business days.

Retuned check fee
From $30.00 and up, depending on the amount of the check if any check(s) is not honored or returned to us for any reason in accordance to Florida Laws.
Cancellations
Order cancellation will be subject to $35.00 fee plus shipping and handling charges of the requested order.
Shipping and handling are not refundable.
Shipping & Handling Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays within the US.
Ground delivery to the lower 48 states will be within 5 to 7 business days once the package has shipped.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise.
14 days return policy - Products must be in NEW CONDITION AND UNUSED WITH ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). You will responsible for all freights returns.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) MUST be obtained from us before returning any item. Merchandise returned to Evolution Woman Cosmetics, Corp. without a valid return authorization number (RA#) will not be accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.
